Appointments
We are best reached by email to [email protected] and you can also leave us a message on the voicemail at 06421-167549. However, please understand that it may not always be possible to respond promptly to all messages during ongoing practice activities, and that getting back to you might take a couple of days.

Costs
The costs of psychotherapeutic services in our practice are covered by statutory health insurance providers in Germany.
Private health insurance companies and government aid programs (Beihilfe) generally also reimburse psychotherapy. Since coverage can vary depending on the specific insurance contract, we recommend checking the exact conditions with your insurance provider beforehand. Billing is carried out in accordance with the official Fee Schedule for Psychotherapists (GOP).
You may also choose to pay for psychotherapy or diagnostic assessments privately. In this case as well, fees are based on the Fee Schedule for Psychotherapists (GOP).

Therapy Services
Most of the time psychological symptoms arise from a complex interplay of various factors and are often an expression of individual attempts to cope with stressors. Diagnostic Assessments And Initial Consultations
Even though therapy slots are currently in high demand, we are able to offer timely and comprehensive diagnostic assessments. If it becomes clear that other forms of support may be more suitable at this time – either instead of or in addition to psychotherapy – we will provide guidance on further options for assistance.
As part of our therapeutic consultations, an initial clarifying session can be arranged to discuss your concerns and determine the next steps together. This is followed by appointments for specific diagnostic procedures with the child or adolescent and their caregivers. We use a range of diagnostic tools, including questionnaires, intelligence and developmental tests, as well as projective methods.
In the concluding feedback session, we review all results together and discuss possible next steps.

Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder
In addition to diagnosing the conditions listed under our therapy services, our practice also offers specialized assessments for autism as well as ADHD.
For an autism assessment, we begin with screening tools and questionnaires. If there are relevant indications, we proceed with a comprehensive assessment using the ADI-R and ADOS-2.
For ADHD, we conduct a structured diagnostic process that includes standardized questionnaires, clinical interviews, and behavioral assessments in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
During the assessment feedback session, we provide detailed guidance on suitable therapeutic and support options. You will also receive a written report summarizing the results along with recommendations for further treatment.
If you have additional questions related to autism or ADHD – such as coping with the diagnosis, strategies for everyday life or school, or questions regarding overlapping symptoms – you are welcome to schedule further counseling sessions.
In general, diagnostic services are covered by statutory health insurance. Upon request, they can also be provided on a self-pay basis. Billing then also follows the Fee Schedule for Psychotherapists (GOP).

Trauma and Trauma-Related Disorders
My foundational training in psychodynamic therapy helps me better understand the behavior/thought patterns underlying current issues and develop ideas for change together with my patients. A resource- and solution-oriented perspective can then aid in creating concrete strategies and providing support during their implementation. It is particularly important to me to always keep the focus on the individual goals and needs of the patients, considering them as the ‚experts of their own lives.‘ Additionally, understanding the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals and those who have experienced traumatic events in their lives is crucial in guiding my therapeutic work.
